Owners' Association Office will not facilitate any move-in into premises without receiving mandatory documents, Please refer to Required Documents section.
It is the responsibility of residents to ensure that no damages are caused to common areas while moving in.
In case of any damages caused to the common areas, the Owners' Association Office will charge the cost of repairs to the unit.
Areas must be cleaned and waste be disposed of promptly in an appropriate manner.
Oversized cartoons and garbage should not be disposed of in garbage chute, garbage room or common areas. Removal of the same is the responsibility of the resident.
Applicable penalties will be levied in case of non-compliance with any of the above.
Movers’ vehicles should not exceed permitted height.
The Owners' Association Office and its associates will not be held liable for any accident / injury; necessary safety precautions are to be taken by the resident and moving company.
Owners' Association office and its associates will neither be held responsible nor liable for any claim.
Occupants & their appointed service providers are obliged to follow all Community Rules and Regulations at all times.
